KB Home: Digital Transformation

KB Home is a home developer based in the Los Angeles, California. To build a home with KB is unlike any other developer. They offer a completely customizable experience where the buyer can make a decision of how every detail of their home looks.

About the project

We spent four weeks investigating KB Home’s current digital tools and developed a product vision for them to help create a better experience for customers and employees, as well as reducing the overall cost for operating the business.

Value provided

As a team, we researched and developed the strategy for the KB Home digital transformation. From there, I owned the design portion of the project where I shaped how the various brand touch points would look and feel, as well as the corresponding interface for the KB Home employees. We facilitated weekly design workshops where we would collaborate with stakeholders on solving a specific problem that we uncovered each week.
